Hurricane Harvey is now a Category 4 Hurricane with winds of 130 MPH. It is expected to move into Texas tonight. Hurricane-force Winds are now impacting the Middle Texas Coast. Harvey is bringing all types of hazards to the state. These hazards include destructive winds, dangerous storm surge, heavy rain, significant flooding, and isolated tornadoes.
